Personal Mastery is specifically designed to help navigate these uncertain times. This workshop will give your people the practical tools to own their days through smart working strategies and increased resilience to build better connections and engagement.

Mastering yourself means mastering the aspects that generate stress. Stress is a natural part of life; however, our response to how we choose to deal with it determines whether it will amplify us or be our downfall. This program is based on the acronym CALMER:

Week 1: Calendar

·         Understanding stress & how to identify symptoms and common personal triggers

·         Effective time management & prioritisation strategies with a focus on Covid-19 challenges

·         Identifying time wasters and time enhancers

·         Tools to master remote working

·         How to focus effectively on the right actions for success

·         How to manage procrastination

·         How to create work/life integration

·         Managing distractions with remote working

·         The art of saying no

·         The myth of multitasking

·         Managing deadlines

·         Mastering email and online meetings

·         How to maximise meetings

 

Week 2: Live

·         This module is about creating a systems-based approach to developing new habits and untangling damaging habits for sustainable change

·         How to manage the remote working environment for success

·         Habit design & implementation

·         Implement systems for daily progress

·         Identify the correct habits to make every day a stepping-stone to success

·         How to identify existing triggers and patterns that inadvertently sabotage

·         Strategies for long term behaviour change

·         How to set clear boundaries for work and life

 

 Week 3: Attitude

·         Dealing with negative thinking, spiralling thoughts and the inner critic

·         How to manage anxiety, overwhelm & common derailers

·         How to regain focus and drive intrinsic motivation

·         Mind-set – reframe stress for success

·         How to manage perfectionism and fear

·         How to operate from a place of calm courage as opposed to stress and overwhelm

 

Week 4: Energy management

·         How to create and stick to a self-care regime that enhances productivity

·         Tips and strategies for optimal nutrition and exercise

·         The importance of sleep and how to create better sleep habits

·         Using gratitude to generate energy and calm anxiety

·         Relaxation and mindfulness techniques

·         Cultivating connections and managing isolation

·         How to identify and prevent burnout

 

 Week 5: Relationships

·         Managing remote communication and connections effectively

·         Developing trust through listening skills & empathy

·         How to build team dynamics remotely

·         Giving and receiving feedback in a constructive way

·         Move from confrontation to care-frontation

·         Identify best practices for addressing interpersonal conflicts

 

 Upon completion of this course, the participants should:
