Lori’s focus areas include smart time and goal management, stress management, inter-personal skills, self-awareness, personal branding, and self- leadership – and the result is happier and more productive people.
Known for tailored and engaging corporate training sessions, conference presentations, keynote addresses, and workshops with a difference, Lori provides practical tools and techniques to achieve tangible, lasting change and quick results. (She doesn’t believe in leaving delegates with a post-training ‘sugar rush’ that lasts only a few days.) After attending a BTD workshop or talk, delegates are better equipped to achieve work-life harmony and are more confident in their life and business goals. In many cases, they report having started to master their personal brands, using Lori’s tools to create the lives they want.
BTD’s practical toolkits create a culture of ownership for the individual, rooted in the mind-set that they are their own boss, responsible for their growth and the company’s.
Lori co-authored the book, Own Your Space: The Toolkit for the Working Woman, which provides practical tools and insights on how to take your career to your next level.
Lori is married with 2 children and lives in Johannesburg. She is also a TEDx speaker and delivered ‘How to Create Micro Wins’ in December 2018.
